After my successful application for flexible funding, I was able to complete the CamBioScience ‘3D Cell Models and Organoid Systems On-Demand Course’. This course was extremely interesting and informative, led by multiple researchers from across the globe specialising in 3D cellular models.
The course itself covered several topics, including adult stem cell-derived intestinal organoids, genetic engineering of organoids, cancer Organoids, experimental resources for 3D cell culture and imaging, and detailed protocols.
With the course’s online nature, I could complete it alongside my lab-based work at a pace that suited my other commitments. Overall, I found this course thoroughly enjoyable, and I am excited to implement what I have learned into my future experiments and am extremely grateful to all at DiMeN for allowing me this fantastic opportunity.
