We are delighted to announce we have been awarded funding from the MRC Doctoral Landscape Awards to continue to train doctoral researchers for the next three years. The first studentships will commence in Autumn 2027.

The DiMeN-XL partnership of the Universities of Sheffield,  Leeds, York, Durham and Newcastle
will recruit students to work on PhD projects within its strategic research themes of:
 

• Multifactorial diseases associated with health inequity 

• Infection, Immunity and Inflammation 

• Translation of discovery science to advanced therapies and healthTtech innovation.
