Financial support: Students receive a stipend (UKRI standard rate) for 4 years. Research Training and Support Grant (RTSG) and student travel/conference allowance are estimated to be £4125pa and £300pa respectively, but will be updated when budgets are confirmed.
 

Students receive bespoke training and will attend tailored, multi-day training DLA conferences across the course of their studentship to gain skills and network with their peers.
 

Students and supervisors join part of a vibrant community of researchers across our partner institutions.    
 

Students can access MRC flexible supplement funds for exceptional training opportunities, research placements, internships, transition activities and towards in-vivo training costs.
 

Student can apply for funding towards travel within the network for cross-institutional supervisory meetings, and for visits to encourage collaboration and sharing of expertise within the DiMeN XL community.
